Return Policy

1. Cases of return and exchange:
Goods with technical defects and manufacturer defects
Damaged goods due to the process of transporting goods to customers of MVC
The delivered goods do not match the model and type that the customer ordered
Item delivered is missing accessories
If you find the above cases, please do not receive the goods and ask our delivery staff to confirm the status of the machine on the spot and request a return. Otherwise, the customer must immediately report the defective goods to us within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods to receive support for renewal. with the product delivered.

2. General terms and conditions of return and exchange:
“One to One” for devices sold within 7 days if there is a problem.
Equipment sold after 7 days: the warranty department will provide a warranty of up to 30 days, if there is no such product, you will be loaned another device by our company for temporary use and negotiation. with you the exchange of another device, if your warranty product has expired on the market.
Products with technical defects are identified and recognized by the Technical Department of our company as a manufacturer’s fault.

The time for exchange of goods is not more than 30 days from the date of receipt of goods (based on the purchase invoice or receipt signed by the delivery party).
However, for some products, we will not apply the same return and exchange conditions as above, during the sales consultation process we will advise specifically on the term as well as the form of return for each product. for customers to refer to when they need to buy that product.
