Warranty Policy
1. WARRANTY POLICY:
Note: All products of our company are warranted according to the time stated on the invoice. In case of loss of warranty invoice, you can provide your name and phone number to confirm and receive our warranty.
2. WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
The product will be warranted if the following conditions are met:
+ The product is still in the warranty period
+ The coupon must be intact, not torn, erased the production date. (Here is the sales invoice)
+ The product is not in the cases of warranty refusal
3. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER CONDITIONS:
Products under one of the following conditions will be voided warranty
+ Products are damaged due to objective factors such as natural disasters, fires, explosions, etc.
+ Customers use causing errors such as deformation, scratches, falling, breaking …
+ The product is not used according to the manufacturer’s instructions, causing damage
+ The product is changed or repaired by a technician who is not authorized by the company’s brand.
4. REFUND CONDITIONS:
+ The product is still in the warranty period, with original stamps and labels
+ The coupon must be intact, not torn, erased the production date. (Here is the sales invoice)
+ The product is defective due to Faci’s production or shipping process
Note: All products that are defective due to the production process should be reported immediately to the company within 03 days from the date of delivery.
